DSTV INSTALLATION

I bought a DSTV decoder from Game (Bel Air) yesterday (#Salesman 09370) (Order No: ***) and had bought the one that comes with the installation option. Today the guy from the installing company (Mark) comes to my house while I'm at work and he tells my wife he cannot install the dish due to trees at the back and I know that is nonsense as there is plenty of space where he can install the dish elsewhere. This guy that Game sent left without doing anything further; instead the best advice he could give was for me to pay an extra amount of R500 for installing the dish elsewhere. Now I'm sitting with a decoder that is not installed and I am not getting my money's worth. What I want know is this the type of service companies that Game works with? I tried to call your store but to no avail as my call just rings or is answered but no1 speaks. Even sent an email to Game about this and no1 answered. Now I have to run around calling satellite companies to do this for me. I bought a whole lot of kitchen appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc.) and other household items from this store over the past weekend since I just moved in down the road & this is the service i get?
