DSTV installation
On the 14th of July I went to Game store Vaal mall and was assisted by Lawrence to get a DSTV R799 packages that includes a decoder and installation that I was it takes up to 3 working days when I phoned after 3days to find out about the installation I was given Mr Hadebe's contact details who's happened to give the installer's contact number *** Lehlohonolo and Themba) they don't answer the phone and if they do they lie about coming to install, I have taken days off from work to sit the whole day waiting for them, its inconvenience and frustrating for me.I really need assistance ASAP.Game store please take responsibility and liability for products purchased in your store.
