DSTV Explorer 2 stuck on "load"...manufacturers default.....

Two years ago I purchased a DSTV Explorer 2 from Games Store in Umgeni Road, Durban.

About 2 months ago the decoder started to give problems ...******* hard rive and recently stuck on "load'...i have to take it into DSTV every week to have the issue resolved...this is unacceptable and from the complaints on this site and others it is apparent that there is a issue with the said make of decoders...most probably a manufacturers default .....i recently attended at the said store and spoke to one Aslam and he was to contact his supplier and provide me with feedback and he has not done so as yet. I have not had an issue with Games before on refunds and exchanges and hope that they can be just as helpful this time as well.

I await feedback from Games...
