DSTV connection

Bought a decoder that included free installation. At Game they told me I should call multi choice so that they can come and install called multi choice and I was told game should provide me with a person to install. Now Game has been giving me a run around about the product they had advertised and I’m not getting any assistance. Why should they sell something to customers when they know they won’t be able to deliver on their promise.
