<p>The worst service ever, I hate myself going to Game store at Mahikeng Mall to buy Dstv decoder and satellite dish which includes installation as advertised on store last weekend, they gave me decoder only after I made payment and the rest will be finalised when they come to instal the dish on Monday, from Monday until now I'm still waiting for installation, this is worse service and they don't even acknowledge me as a client to let me know what is going on.</p>

I am not sure if you followed the correct procedure to have the item installed by calling the number on the installation voucher inside the box, but Management will contact you to assist in this matter.
