DROP OFF FOR A FRIDGE THAT IS MALFUNCTIONING

Game stores Centurion branch sold me a Hisense fridge that is malfunctioning on 27 February 2026. After to and from emails my refund and or an exchange was approved only if I DROP IT OFF. That cannot be be fair, why should i hire a van to drop off a fridge that that is not cooling. What happened to taking accountability for a service that is not satisfactory. If their fridge was working there was not going to be a return nor exchange. I am still inconvenienced with rotten food in the fridge that was bought in cash.
