Good evening… I bought a 70inch Samsung TV in @Game_Stores Brits Mall that was on promo that amounts to R13000. When now mounting and connecting the TV to play, it was not working…

I then took the TV back to Game Brits Mall, after the inspection i was told it had an inside screen crack. I asked how because nothing traumatic happened to the TV, I was then told that the TV inside screen is sensitive to even finer touches…

So am I not supposed to mount my TV on the wall because it’s alleged that these smart Samsung TV inside screens are sensitive to finer touches?

Can I please have your assistance.
