DOUBLE PREMIUM DEDUCTED AFTER I DID PAY
I made an EFT payment in February on my Game account and sent through the proof of payment to [Email Removed] Someone sent me an email on 27 February 2016 and asked for my ID number, which I also sent through. After all of this Game still deducted a double premium this month which of course bounced as I only had enough for the single payment. Please rectify!!!!
