Double charged

Made a purchase at game somerset mall on Friday. As I was paying (with bank card) the tellers till froze. I should the tellers that the amount went off and they insisted that the amount is going to reverse and I have to pay again for the goods. The manager Marcelle promise ld me that if the amount does not reverse she will make payment the next day. I called the next day and was told to then wait until the Monday. Today is Tuesday I received a call saying the game must not refund me. Apparently my bank must reverse the amount. What upsets me is that I have explained to the manager that this is money I need and I cannot afford to pay twice for goods. Now I'm getting the run around for the stores mistake. This here is giving me stress I will never ever buy at game ever again. I want my money back
