Don't trust the website

Whoever is handling the website is going to cause havoc in your store. I saw a special online for an Xbox one for R5999 that comes with two controllers. I purchased it and to my disappointment, there was only one controller in the box. When I started to query this in-store and telephonically everyone seems somewhat confused about this deal. Turns out nobody knows that this deal exists and when you show them "this is as per your website" they just say "We don't offer this deal...". I phoned other game stores nationwide and nobody offers this deal. Why then on the website? Why the false advertising?
