!!!!DON'T SUPPORT GAME!!!!

Very bad experience with Game. I bought a Washer Dryer combo on the 25/02/2019 for R6999.00. They kept the washer dryer in the store as I put two other items on lay-buy for end of Mach. I needed to change the units I was moving to due to personal reasons. I went to the store during the week to change the fridge that was on lay-buy for a smaller one in width as the unit has a set place for a fridge, not any fridge will fit. I spoke to a guy in the section and he instructed me to go to customer service as the lady who assisted me from the start was not in. I went to customer service but the queue was too long. I decided to return the next day. The lady who assisted me was still not in. I was then assisted by another gentleman and lady who said they don't have stock or basically anything on display she will give me a call when the fridges arrives. The phoned on 08/03/2019 and said that I can come in the next day to check what I need as they will be having a lot on display. I went to the game store in Secunda mall, only to find that they did not have much in stock... I spoke to the lady who assisted my from the start and as we went along a few different fridges they did not have stock. I then told her that I will cancel the lay-buy and buy elsewhere.

I received my money and got excellent service form Hi-Fi Corp and they had everything in stock.

I arranged with Hi-Fi Corp to deliver the Fridge as well as the washer dryer from game the next day to my home.

On my way to JHB the afternoon I received a call from a lady at Game Secunda Mall and said that they realized that someone opened my Washer Dryer for display, can they bubble wrap it for me? I was very upset. I told her not to bubble wrap or order a new one, I will come in the next day for a refund. I went in today for a refund on a R7k sale. Who does this to a client???

Is this how the staff od game is operating, chasing clients away???? The don't care attitude towards the clients???? No stock of products advertised???? How is this business being run????

I went to Hi-Fi Corp again and got excellent service once again and they had stock??? And don't tell me it is because they are much smaller!!! NO!!! They can actually plan on stock levels and they can handle clients the right way. They actually want the same with a smile.

Why must people buy from GAME if they don't care about the client?

I wanted to purchase a 55" TV and LG sound system as well, but I will definitely go to Hi-Fi Corp and buy it for R3000 more. Because you as a client feel welcome!!!

Game won't see me again!!
