DON'T SHOP VIA GAME ONLINE
Bought a Defy Freezer unit 30 November 2021 via online. They delivered a damaged unit on the 2nd December, I unboxed it and noticed damages on the unit. I called in and the 1st agent said that I should send 4 images of the unit boxed and unboxed and after a week of Not hearing from them, I called and emailed them and the 2nd agent told me that I should please forward the model number, proof of purchase, serial number & product number and then they will investigate it. After a long and tedious wait they uplift the Freezer, which I have not plugged in or made use of, I receive a 2nd Freezer on 3 Jan 2022 even more damaged than the 1st one. The 2nd one comes with only 2 feet, few *****s rolling around in the box and even more damages to the panels. I call and email them again and this time I request a technician to be sent to my house to repair this unit or send a replacement. Today 11 Jan 2021 I receive an email to confirm they are waiting on the supplier to revert so that they can uplift the freezer and send a replacement. This is by far the worst experience I have had with online shopping. Please, do not purchase anything via GAME online because the customer service is non existing and the returns policy service is just so stone age. The call centre agents doesn't have any clue what the correct process is for returns or they need to at least upskill their agents or provide them with manuals to read from. If ever you need to purchase anything via GAME online, please take pictures of the box/packaging when you receive it, take pictures of unboxing it from all sides and make sure you take pictures of the delivery notes/waybill because the courier don't provide you the customer with delivery notes and GAME online will ask you for all these. Out of the 3 agents I have communicated with, I must say, Laeeqah Mukadam is helpful and I thank her.
Good luck to all who dares to shop via GAME online.
