Don't shop online with GAME

Ordered an appliance online 18/07/2020. Still not received it (now 12/08/2020), but it has been logged as delivered. Phoned 4 times, 6 emails and all you get is "it has been escalated, we will get back to you". They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor or complaints department.
