Don't shop online on Game

Made an order for an item online, waited about 10 business days(on the day they said they'd have it delivered by) for it's arrival only for me to get a mail regarding a refund that will take 14 DAYS to reflect. If items are out of stock so why bother making me wait so long if there isn't any stock anyways, have those updates on your site already!
