Don’t shop at Game, unless you looking for Headache!

Received a gift from folks in durban(I’m in Pta). The original receipt was then in the car that was ******. Folks had to go back to the store, to get a reprint done. Why Game, a national company can’t share a national sales database is crazy in this age.

Then I get the Re-print, but Game woodlands says because it is a reprint, I can’t get a refund! Only store credit. Why? It is a reprint of the original that Game printed? Then, even though the amount is clearly listed in the Re-print, I am told that I will only get what the system says I can, meaning, if the current price is less, then I get the lower price. How does that make any sense. Of course the reverse of that is not allowed! Go figure! Then apparently the receipt shows them somewhere that a gift card or pensioner Card was used, so I can’t get a cash refund. Unless I print proof of bank statement showing that the transaction went off a bank card! My folks used an ABSA card.

Why do you intentionally make things so difficult Game? You certainly encourage me to just never want to shop at your store.

Oh, and you can only work with paper print outs! Think about the age we are living in, and adapt Game.
