Don’t shop at Game Gateway unless you want your bag searched

Walked into Game, stood 5-6 m into entrance where a large batch of fans were advertised. As we exited my mum was called back to have her bag examined by security whilst others were not examined including mine. Now firstly there is no policy stating random or all bags will be checked. I asked security why my mum was singled out she said store policy. I asked for an store manager. Tina calls a floor supervisor who called himself a manager ( basically she and him **** ). Security was also called who was manager of security. Both tried to tell me it’s store policy with Sanele telling me he had a warrant !! An later said he could show me and then refused. He then tried to show me on the glass doors but there was NONE. I called Tina again who was rude and passive aggressive. Just wait she said. I refused and asked for an actual manager. I followed her to Patrick who firstly was also DEFENSIVE and not once apologized. He said Cele is his acting manager so it’s ok to he called the manager. Then also he said the policy was not displayed because of renovations which Cele suddenly brought up on his cell phone. How is a customer subjected to exit bag checks WITHOUT EXPRESSEDLY KNOWING THIS ?! Secondly how is it Tina and Patrick think it’s ok for Cele to call himself a manager when he is NOT ? Lying about this is clearly bad business practice? Finally why would anyone walk into a store where internal practices are not displayed but we can be humiliated and made to feel like theives ?
