Dont quallify for R299 but quallify for R799

My son saw a special that vodacom is running for Vodacom.2 x Samsung for R299. So he went to game.Then they 1st told him he doesnt qualify since he doesnt have any other dept.So he went back the next day again to try again. This time the male consultant said he doesn't quallify for the R299 p.m phones but he quallifies for the R799.so my son responded by saying he does not understand how that works and the consultant was pushing for the sales of R799 and up and didnt want to assist him getting the R299 offer.my son is 19 so I think its bad that Game emplyees will give him such bad info.
