Don't purchase anything on Game online!!!

Game is pathetic: don't buy anything on Game online, online support is bad, bad customer service. It's been over a month, and I haven't received my order. Some company representative responded to my last review, name Ali, he/she did not assist me at all. I have requested a refund but I have received nothing. This is frustrating. I am done with Game.
