DON'T ORDER ONLINE WITH GAME. NO REFUNDS!!

Be very careful when you order online from Game Stores. They delivered my parcel with items missing abd I've been struggling since the 7th of May to either have the items delivered to me or to receive a refund. I'm now atbthe point where their customer care agent Osline Roberts has blocked my emails after I've called her out for being dishonest about my credit card account being refunded and I'm still empty handed. I have all my emails and screenshots as evidence. My next mive is the ombudsman. GAME PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT
