Don't order online from them!
I ordered a coach on their website, only found out from them that have no stock 11 days after order was placed. No updates in any form since order was placed. Past delivery terms & conditions (3-5days), 11 days since order was placed and counting. No response. Via web Support. On hold for more than and hour on support number just to hear a comforting apology with no action and no follow up. Terrible support & service. Will never order from them again.

To make the matter worse, I've received confirmation from via email that my order has been delivered but I DON'T have my order.
