Dont order from Game online.....You might wait a whole year for delivery

I urgently needed a laptop for my designer who sits in Mpumalanga. I went on to your website and ordered a laptop for her on the 4th of March 2018. Today is the 13th of March 2018 and the laptop has not been delivered. We experienced delays that cost us money and our hard earned service reputation. Your website says you will deliver within 3-5 days you have not only failed to fulfill that promise but your support is also extremely bad as i've spoken to 6 people who all promise to Call back etc but nothing ever happens.
