Don't Order from Game online.
Placed an online order with Game on 21 June 2020. Got updated that orders was dispatched 4 days after. On 2 July 2020 called the game call center number to let them query my delivery and was sold it would take 14 working days to deliver due to the order. Now 30 days later Game call center cannot confirm when i will get my order. I cancelled the order, now they cannot confirm when they will refund my money. Really SAD to see a good company gone bad so quick with poor management.

11 Aug 2020, 15:44Called Game call center and they confirmed that no refund request has been submitted even though Tammy from game confirm she was investigating. Really SAD a that a company like Game and its management don't care about customers. Almost seems like they intentionally ignoring customers. Turning from Bad service to Theft of customers money.
