Don't open myvirtual credit card from game

DONT OPEN "MYVIRTUAL CREDIT" FROM GAME, 24 November 2023 i bought items worth R1 735, i called game stores to cancel the order, a week late courier service came to deliver the order i told them i already canceled therefore i cannot take the order. Up until now game has not credited back the amount to my virtual credit card. I have been calling non stop since december 2023. Please don't open the new "virtual credit" card from Game. I now owe Game R1 735 of items that i did not receive with interest.
