Don't make use of Game's Online store - you will never get your order!

I placed an order online in 02 July 2020 and still haven't received my order. More disgustingly, I have contacted Game on three occasions, including a store where they said the stock would be sent to.

After a conversation with the store manager in Fourways, yesterday, she indicated that Game didn't have stock and was trying to source stock. How do you run a promotion without stock?

Now, the branch wants to cancel my order? No way - you sold an item on special - you contact the supplier and give me the items at that price.

Surprisingly, I received a called in mid July from a Call centre to check up if I had received my order!

My only advice is that customers stay away from Game. Their service is pathetic. They don't keep you informed on progress of orders.
