Don’t get into an Extended Warranty repair agreement with Games.

I have bought a microwave from Games store in Wonderpark. Pretoria with an Extended Warranty repair agreement.I have taken it in to the same store on 14th March 2023 for the repair. I have since not been successful with many telephone calls made and visits to the store to get to know the progress of the repair. iI think we can share how painful this is.
