Don't buy online from Game

TOTALLY PATHETIC !!! Don't ever buy anything online from them. An item from Fourways Mall was supposed to be delivered on 30 Nov. The courier arrived without it! The said they will come back to me which they never did. I contacted GAME with an online chat on 4 December and they escalated the issue to Fourways Mall branch. I sent two e-mails with no replies or any sort of communication. I started an online chat again on 9 December. They couldn't get hold of the store and now there is nothing I can do! I hope I will be able to get my money back!
