Don’t buy Game extended warranty

I bought a top of the range microwave with warranty. On the day of the sale the game staff member said that he would advice I do an extended warranty. My microwave broke and now I wanted to use this warranty which I paid an additional fee towards. When handing it in they said max 21 days. After 21 days no correspondence. I phoned in on Tuesday to be told extended warranties do not have a time frame and that 21 days does not apply in my case. Then they said they would phone me back the same day to indicate how long I still needed to wait. Again no phone call. No correspondence. I phoned four days later. To receive the same message. They don’t know how long it will take. So after a month I am still with mout a microwave and no extended warranty promises were kept. DO NOT BUY the EXTENDED Warrant. It is just as ales gimmick.
