Don't buy from game their returns are night mare

I purchased a Hisense fridge from game in August 2020 up until today they have not been able to replace my fridge the service from Game has been an absolute night mare , they have been dragging this issue from January 2021 , the call agents promise to call back and don't I'm still waiting for the manager Lee to call me back , Think twice before buying a Hisense fridge or Buying from game they do not stick to their policies be alert !!!!
