Don't buy from Game Online Stores!

I ordered a Samsung washing machine from Game online stores on 29th June. Delivery 10-14 working days. I am still waiting and have been given misleading feedback from the customer support service. One consultant told me it was with Dawn Wing Couriers and even gave me a tracking number. When I phoned the courier company they said that number does not exist. The next day another consultant tried to get through to the central distribution centre and after about 15 minutes said they are not picking up their phones. He promised to email them and get back to me but I have had no response yet. Each time I phone I am kept waiting for over half an hour. I have had no response whatsoever to several emails and the customer support centre is unable to give me any information. I am at my wits end and about to cancel my order!
