Don't buy from Game online

Game online is a mess in March purchased a fridge and microwave after two weeks with no delivery I sent them an email their reply was"oh we are sorry but we do not deliver to Gugulethu so please send us your bank details will refund you the money.I was so disappointed as when I was lodging my order online I entered the address and it was not kicked out so I asked can I not go collect the fridge from a Game store nearby, then request a refund for the microwave because I didn't need it anymore. Now the hustle is getting my refund for the microwave and delivery fee as I collected the fridge myself, They keep telling me that they are looking into it and don't respond to my emails anymore I have to call them with my own airtime still they promise to sort it out and call me back I just need my money back. I will never purchase anything at Game they have spoiled the online stores reputation. We are in July now been requesting my money refund since March.
