Don't buy from Game

I bought a treadmill and multi function gym from game online, a day later I got delivery of the treadmill however the multifunction gym was not delivered. Days go past and eventually I call the Game call center to find about my order. I then learned that the multi function gym is out of stock and the order was split and would receive a refund in 3 - 5 days.

It's been 10 working days, and I still have not receive my refund. I have spoken to numerous agents still no resolution.
