DONT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM GAME

<p>Just a warning out there, be careful when purchasing expensive products from Game. I bought a television not even a year and started giving me problems. Took it in because HDMI was not working and remote was faulty, they came back to me saying that screen is cracked inside and I have to pay over R10 000 to repair it. The tv was working before I took it in for repairs. Someone cracked my screen and now want me to pay. The managers are a bunch of *********** people, afraid to handle complaints and always saying they call back. It's now 4 weeks later and I still get the same response they waiting for a report. No one from have even made contact with me, I have to call all the time. The head office managers are the worst to deal with, they always unavailable and never return calls.</p> <p>WARNING PLEASE BECAREFUL when purchasing electronics from game.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
