DON'T BUY AT GAME STORE!!!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT

The Game store at Centurion Mall is the worst store ever! The customer service was so **********. It tops any bad customer service I've ever experienced in my life! So Sunday, I purchased a TV unit stand. I also paid R250 to get it assembled. I also paid for the delivery. I was told it would be delivered on Monday so I worked from home so that I can be there for my delivery. They didn't even bother calling me back on Monday. I called around lunchtime to check if it will still be delivered and I was told yes, it was still going to be delivered. Of course it was not delivered, as long as the sale was made who cares about "poor old me". Then I was told they will deliver it on Tuesday, nope they didn't. So I called the store to cancel any further delivery dates and to proceed with a refund then I was put through to THE RUDEST STORE MANAGER EVER!!!! I was obviously upset as there was no explanation or call regarding the delay in my delivery, did he care? No! He was telling me to just come to the store and get my money back. He did not even try to explain to me what the reason was the for the delay in delivery. I was so angry because he did not give a damn! He even went on to say " I see why no one wants to deal with you"......it was that line that made decide " yup, my money is not needed here so I'll definitely need to get that refund". I wanted to talk to the salesperson that had assisted me because the store manager kept on arguing with me, so I had to hang up and call in again in order to speak to the salesperson I dealt with in the first place cause that STORE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE!!!! The salesperson called to assist me in cancelling any future delivery dates. I have to drive all the way to Centurion this week to get my refund. All I can say is DON'T SHOP AT GAME, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! The store manager talks to you like you are A NOTHING or a dirty cloth used to wipe the floor with. It's so SHOCKING!!!! Mind you Game did not deliver on its promise, the customer service is also bad and to top it all off they put a rude store manager to tell customers to basically go to hell. I don't understand why customer service is taken lightly. It's such a big deal. I'll never buy at a Game store in my life EVER!!! I'll be shopping at Makro and other stores in the future. It's not worth it.
