Dont buy at Game Secunda

Game Secunda gives poor customer service. They do not call to inform you about progress, and when ypu call them, they either not answer their phone, or they rudely dismiss you by telling you they are with another costomer and will phone you back. But they never phone back!

I bought a Wolf lawnmower from Game Secunda. It is the Big Bad Wolf (pertol) model. Rated for a lawn much bigger than mine. So after i bought it when i got home, it rained, so i couldn't use it and we left the following day for our family vacation. After 3 weeks we came back and i had to get the lawn back in shape. I trimmed the lawn to get it to a manageable length , so i could put the big bad wolf to work.... It started but could not run on any other mode than the start mode. So I started mowing, after 15m it stops and would not start for the next hour. This all was explained 3 weeks ago to the Game service desk. Their reply, since you used it, it must be sent out for a diagnosis from wolf. We will not reimburse, replace or assist you before we get that report. Sorry. And when that lady took my statement explaining the problem, you could see in her face, she was not in the mood or willing to assist me. The diagnosis report has not been given to me. No reply on progress. No assistance with my problem.
