Dont Be Mislead By Game Advertising

Game Store Richards Bay does not keep up to they promise as advertised of beating any price. Saturday 05th March 2022 i called the store to confirm the above promise and was advised yes they would and i can come into store. Upon arrival the consultant advised me that she can not assist me and reffererred me to the floor manager on duty. I advised him that my intend was to purchase a chest freezer at a discounted price as the Game promise states. I advised him that is was cheaper at another store and according to Game promise they will beat the price. He blantanly refused, saying i do not qualify as i am not a pensioner. I went as far as showing him the same product and price at another store and the a screenshot of Game promise. He abruptly mentioned that he will not give me a discount.
