Dont appreciate. their lack of service

I have bought a televison on black friday 25/11/2022

Expected date of delivery was the 02/12/22 all i have been receiving is an sms on delays of delivery.

I have contacted the customer call continuously from the 01/12/2022 to track my order yet there was no answer to my calls every single time.

The service is dreadful and im not happy as this was my first time buying online at game this is the service receive?????I paid for the item and I refuse to wait another day or week in order to receive my delivery. from Game Online .
