Done with Game Westgate

I sent in my laptop that I work with on the 24/02/2020 for repairs, and till today my laptop is not back. They don't follow up, when you call them they always say the supplier line is busy or don't answer at all, I had to go there myself last week.I got told that they couldn't fix my laptop due to windows upgrade I had done and that my laptop was not yet fixed.they promised they would call on Monday, and guess what? No call...today customer services is not answering. I can't work...I am losing money!!! I am so disgusted at their service.
