I made a laybye for a TV with Dion wired just before lockdown and after my payment they closed down I was not notified firstly, secondly in May when stores were open I found out I could get my purchase completed at game. Today is the 17th June 2020 I am still trying to make my damn purchase! First the issue was it isn't reflected on the system due to the takeover, fine! Now the ***n TV license department is offline. I live in Sandton and the closest game is rosebank not only is my petrol money being used, my time is going to waste standing in quest listening to *********** managers and staff telling me there is nothing I can do!

What the hell is up with this country, I too work in retail and we give the best damn premium service!
