Bought a hoover vacuum cleaner the thing was fault in January 2015, and I have been trying to contact Kenliworth Game, every time I buy something there, they just informed me that I have to contact Hoover direct. After I had wrote my comment on HelloPeter finally, game support centre Ron emailed back me back said Kenliworth will contact me shortly. A Kenliworth support supervisor called me that I need to bring the goods back and he will check and refund or have it replaced, I told him, I'm about 1 hours drive from Kenliworth, he gave me his promise \no problem bring the unit he will solve it out ""; Game is breach of contract; No replacement nor the refund was made; nothing was resolve waste my time; my petrol to go to Kenliworth GAME for nothing; shame on Game such a big retail shop treat their loyal customer; I will tell all my employees; families; and friend DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GAME.
