Doesn't want business for upgrade customers

I have open my vodacom contracts and done only upgrades at Game but the quality of the contracts have reduced massively. I want to thank the ladies at Game Upington for there service and them willing calling there head office and doing there job above and beyond. The told me they have spoken to Rajin at there head office and only told them the phone I wanted to upgrade is only available on new contract and only one deal MI REDMI 4X on R179 on uchoose 110. 90% of the new deals in the Game cellphone books is only new deals and doesn't give a additional option for Upgrade Customers if we old customers not important anymore they must say so because Vodashops are willing giving customers more options. I am really considering switching my business to Vodashops if the Game have people working at there head office that doesn't have eagerness assisting long loyal customers.
