Does GAME have ANY interest to listening to their customers???

I was reading the status of Game here, including the fact that their score is below 2 and they NEVER respond to issues reported here? Is THAT why the media reports Mass-mart/Game is in trouble, cause they simply do not care?? They seems so *********** whether you visit the store or when you call to get product information - no-one to assist properly, or is it simply poor/non-existant staff training??!! Do their directors/management have ANY interest to listening to their customers??? SHOCKING!!
