<p>My name is Banele Mboniswa, id number, ********** 748085. I was advised by your call center agent (Boitumelo) that my phone insurance has lasped and she does not know the reason for that. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need answers as to why my insurance has lapsed as I have never skipped any payments. And if i hadnt call my self i was never going to find out that my insurance has relapsed. I also never even received any follow up with regards to my query or feedback. Ive been paying the premiums since August 2014 and never claimed anything. </p> <p>Im highly dissapointed with Game and wouldnt recommend anyone to take out any cellphone insurance plans, i want my money back as there is no way i would pay for 3 years without claiming.</p> <p> </p> <p>i can be cotacted on ********** 369</p> <p> </p>
