DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SERVICE FOR GAME!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on 01/05/20 (Order ***). The ETA at the time of the order was 5-7 working days. After 8 days I followed up with Alex from Game online call centre and he informed me it will be an additional 3 days. After 11 working days I phoned Alex again and he informed me that the branch cancelled my order and moved it to another branch and he will escalate it and give feedback within 24 hours. Needles to say that Alex never did get back to me.

I tried to phone the call centre again and for 3 days now the phone just rings for more than 20 minutes and then somebody picks it up and disconnects the call. I have complained on your Facebook page TWICE now and all they say is that they will investigate and get back to me.

You make a commitment that you can supply advertised goods but in actual fact you can’t? Will I ever get the product? I see that there is also complaints on Facebook that you are not refunding order cancellations? Please supply the ordered product or refund.
