Do not use Game online stores! Most pathetic, *********** and dishonest service

I definitely suggest that no one orders online from Game Stores South Africa.

I placed an order on 22 September for delivery on 19th November. After begging and wasting so much of airtime on calls with them I have only received 1 of my 2 items and still have not received my 2nd item by today, 3 December.

I personally will never advise anyone to enter their stores or use their online platform ever. The call centre staff are terribly *********** and are all either natural ***** or have been briefed to lie to the customers. Each agent tells a different lie about why my products have not been delivered. The truth is that Game does have not stock for something I paid for on 22 September and still advertises it on social media when they cannot deliver my order.

I have not been contacted by any manager or higher up till now and I actually can't wait for delivery so that this transaction can now be concluded and I will never have to deal with this incompetence ever again.

I thought telkom SA had the worst service in SA, but it looks like Game stores is firmly in first place.
