Do not use Game online

I've send messages to Game about the lack of service of Dawn Wing couriers. Dawn Wing scheduled 3 times, but never pitched. I call them and there is no answer. After emailing them twice, there is no feedback. Game just tells me that Dawn Wing is on their way. They do not try to rectify the situation by using another courier. I have ordered baby foods and formula and I am extremely worried what is happening with these when just lying around at the courier.

Game consultants called and send messages to advise everything sorted with Dawn Wing and that they will deliver today, the 9th of October. Game called me later to advise the Dawn Wing cancelled again because of 'no access to the location'. Weirdly I have not received any calls from Dawn Wing saying they are at the gate as they have my number. This was 4 times now that Dawn Wing say they will deliver but don't. Game consultants very friendly and understanding, but that doesn't help me to get my delivery. Please note that the order was put in with Game on the 28th of September. Please, please send another courier who can do their job. This is frustrating beyond what I have experienced before. Game, please have a look at the reviews of the courier company you are using.
