Do not sign up for Game card!

Got their store card, bought an appliance from DION WIRED 1year ago. Neither Game nor Dion could give me online access to make payment. So for 1year I have been making I store payments in Dion for my Game card.

Suddenly I'm getting collection notifications and they have received no payment. Neither store can provide me with a simple Statement...!!!

I can provide bank statements but they refuse this.

They can come and pick up the appliance for all I care now.

Do Not sign up for the game card!! They cannot control it if you purchase from their approved stores.

Terrible experience. Pathetic assistance as they say they cannot provide me with a simple statement...
