Do not shop online!

Very disappointed in the online shopping. Placed an order on 19 April 2020 based on the "GAME delivery promise" of 3-5 days for essential goods. I see this has now subsequently been changed to 5-7 working days on the website. I have not received any response from the email address on the order. I emailed Paris Philippou on 24 April and received a reply saying that Seshi Govender will reply with an update on my order. Needless to say I have not received a reply yet. If this order is not delivered by tomorrow (28 April 2020), I want a full refund. Definitely will not recommend your online shopping to anyone.
