Do not shop at Game Fourways , faulty appliances and no refunds , rude and unhelpful management

I purchased an expensive Verimark vacuum cleaner from Game Fourways on 23rd September 2022. It worked 3 times and no more since then it has been back to the store 3 times with various issues and the store is refusing to refund me. The first time they didnt even log the repair , the second time the store was supposed to repair withing 21 days but failed and took 38 days ( in breach of the stores own policy and Terms and conditions) and numerous phone calls to get the vacuum cleaner with yet another issue , it was booked again on the 8.02. I ve been repeatedly refused refund and today the store manager just informed me that the appliance must be repaired 3 times within 6 months in order to qualify for refund....no such terms and conditions are listed in there customer notes or ts and cs. Today I was again refused refund after I've informed them that I do not want the appliance any longer and have bought a different vacuum cleaner as the one purchased from them has been either not working or in repairs since I purchased it . The Manager and ladies at refunds told me I must deal with the manufacturer and look for my refund from them ( Verimark) contrary to Game stores own terms supp**** to me with each repair sheet. It's has been endless trips to the store , constant excuses and flat out no interest in my plight. Do not shop at that store or prepare to lose your hard earned cash. Next stop Gauteng Officer of Consumer Affairs, super angry and disappointed.
