Do Not Shop at Game!!!

My experience at Game has been shockingly bad and judging by the reviews I've seen I'm not the only frustrated, angry customer. I purchased an oven online on the 30th June. After waiting 3 Weekes for delivery and calling numerous times I was told there was no stock. I then canceled the order. This was 2 weeks ago and to date I still have no feedback regarding the refund. I have called numerous times and no one is able to assist. The refund has not yet been processed and I'm wondering if it will ever be processed. Who do I complain to as no one at game is listening. Cannot believe that Game would provide such appalling service. I will never again purchase anything from Game. Angry, Frustrated Customer,
