Do not recommend online purchases.

I ordered a tablet online over a week ago, they told me deliver would be by the 21st.

Today I tried to track the order, online it said I had no order to track so I called and gave the lady an order number. Which she then told me that my order wasn't dispatched and she doesn't know when it will be dispatched because they are waiting for courier.

How does she not know on the day that I was expecting my order?

Poor service!
